These Terms of Service govern your use of milaloo.co and any purchase you make from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We do our best to describe our products accurately, including materials, measurements and what's included in the box. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between units.

Colours shown on your screen may differ from the actual product depending on your display settings.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an obviously incorrect price, and to refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout. By submitting your payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send you a confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists between us.

You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. Once it has been dispatched, our Refund Policy applies.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 4 to 9 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs are outside our control.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot refund orders that fail to deliver because of an incorrect address.

7. Returns and refunds
